- Contact: [email protected]
- Address: provided upon request.
- Publication director: the publisher.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), cloudflare.com.
Intellectual property
The entire site and simulator (code, interface, diagrams, texts, content) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, representation or reuse, in whole or in part, without the publisher's prior written authorization is prohibited.

The simulator is a professional training tool provided under controlled, named access, after subscription. Access is protected by authentication.
2. Privacy policy
This section describes the data processed during your visit. The site does not run any advertising or profiling, and does not use any third-party behavioural tracking. The processing operations are described below (form, email contact, assistant, bot protection, anonymous audience measurement).
Data controller
UVE-SIMULATEUR, [email protected].
Quote / access requests (form)
When you fill in the quote or access request form, we process your name, work email address, organization (optional) and message. Purpose: to answer your request and follow up on it. Legal basis: your consent (checkbox) and the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b). Recipients: the request is routed via our automation tool n8n (hosted in the European Union), then sent by email to the publisher ([email protected] mailbox hosted by Zoho, professional email). Your data is neither sold nor used for advertising.
Conversational assistant (chat)
The messages you send to the assistant are transmitted, for the time needed to generate a reply, to the Anthropic (Claude) AI model API. Conversations are not stored on our servers and are not used to train any model. Please do not enter personal or confidential information in the chat.
Bot protection & security
The site uses Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) and Cloudflare's security infrastructure. For this purpose, technical data (including IP address and browser signals) may be processed to distinguish a human from a bot and protect the service. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Local storage (no tracking cookie)
Your language preference (FR/EN) is kept locally in your browser (localStorage). This is not a tracking cookie and no data is transmitted for this purpose. You can clear it by clearing the site data in your browser.
Audience measurement (cookieless)
To know which pages are viewed and at which step a visitor stops (demo started, form opened, request sent), the site counts a few navigation events. This measurement is done with our own means, without cookies, without a visitor identifier and without IP address: only the event name, the page, the language, the country provided by the host and the referring domain are recorded. The result is aggregate counters, never individual tracking, and no cross-site matching. Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring the audience of our own site (art. 6.1.f GDPR); strictly limited to that purpose, hence exempt from consent under the French CNIL guidelines.
Contact by email
If you write to [email protected], your email address and message content are processed solely to answer your request, then kept for the time needed to handle it.
Data retention
- Quote / access requests and email exchanges: kept up to 3 years after the last contact (commercial follow-up), then deleted.
- Assistant conversations: not stored on our servers (transient processing, only for the time needed to generate the reply).
- Bot-protection technical data (Turnstile): kept by Cloudflare per its own privacy policy.
Your rights (GDPR)
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability regarding the processing of your data. To exercise these rights: [email protected].
Complaint to the CNIL
If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, cnil.fr.
